had a really comfy stay with my family. staff were super friendly, especially caylan at the reception, who helped us out with room issues quick. enjoyed dinner at the cast iron grill, food was much better than expected. the room was neat and had a fridge which was a bonus. great sleep, woke up refreshed and ready to go!

the tv in the first room didn't work and we had to switch rooms. We found the internet was a bit slow. overall a couple of minor hiccups but nothing too major.

great views and park access close by

I really loved that the hotel was close to Mote Park, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and I also discovered the beautiful White Horse Wood Country Park just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy nature during my stay. the staff were welcoming and the room was spacious and clean, making it feel like a home away from home.

great staff made my stay special, big shout-out to caylan who helped us out with our room issues. the twin room was comfy and clean. we had a delicious dinner at the cast iron grill, really was a lot better than expected. also, got a cute lil birthday treat from the hotel staff which was a nice touch. overall, we had a good time and slept well!

the tvs in both rooms didn’t work and we had some service hiccups at the bar, got our salad without half the stuff. also, the noise from the pool area could be annoying at times.

The swimming pool was fantastic and the outdoor terrace in our room was a perfect chill spot. We loved the spacious room with comfy beds and enjoyed the well-maintained golf course during our stay.

The Twin Room was comfy and clean, perfect for resting after a long day. No fridge, but it was fine. The beds were super cozy, which helped with a good sleep. the chairs and desk had seen better days. the air con beeped through the night, which was a bit annoying. Still, overall, I had a nice stay!

Lovely staff and cozy stay

Just spent 2 nights here and it was pretty chill. The staff, especially Michelle and Shirley, were super friendly. Restaurant food was really good, nicely presented. Breakfast was a buffet and they cleared dirty dishes fast. But, bar drinks were a bit pricey, which kind of stings. the cleanliness is spot on!

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious family-friendly areas. The kids loved the pool, and we all appreciated the beautiful surroundings for walks. Not to mention, the delicious breakfast made our mornings very pleasant.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more options for kids' meals on the menu.

Lovely getaway with friendly staff

We stayed for 1 night and it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and made the stay special, especially with the birthday surprise for my wife. The restaurant food could be better tho, but the in-room breakfast was decent. Would definitely come for a golf trip again! Just keep an eye on the kitchen.
